Michael has 13 years of construction experience working on largescale new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects within the hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. He possesses strong commercial and cost management skills and is well versed in stakeholder management and project delivery. Michael has worked for multinational construction companies throughout his professional career. He is a registered building practitioner with industry experience spanning numerous sectors and delivering projects for key clients within the UAE and Australia. He has a proven track record for delivering it on time and within budget and has extensive experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and contracts & financial management. He was the Project Manager on a diverse range of projects with CAPEX in excess of AED 80m with tier 1 Contractors and multiple high-profile stakeholders.

REEL Cinemas Granada consists of a 14-screen cinema located in the mall’s new south wing expansion; the project was valued at circa AED 100 million. The project covers 7000m2 and is connected with the central mall atrium. Michael was the lead Project Manager and client representative responsible for the design, fit-out delivery and handover. Michael worked as an intermember of the EMAAR delivery team.

Adventure Park by Emaar is located in the newly completed Dubai Hills Mall. The project consists of nine bespoke family entertainment attractions covering 2000m2. The project was completed in 2021 and is valued at circa AED 30 million.

The Crown resort expansion project included the demolition of the existing west wing and the construction of a new VIP gaming room. The project was valued at circa AUD $30 million and completed within an operational environment. Michael was the lead Project Manager responsible for the base build and fit-out works.
Holiday Inn Hotel | Hotel Refurbishment | Perth, AUS | Project Manager
Holiday Inn refurbishment project was undertaken in two key stages allowing the hotel to remain operational during the entire refurbishment process. The project included the interior demolition and fit-out of 180 hotel rooms and the construction of a new ground floor restaurant and bar. Michael was the lead project manager responsible for the delivery of all fit-out and expansion works.

Perth Airport expansion and fit-out works involved the refurbishment of ten mixed-used retail units and the expansion of the airside arrivals concourse. Michael was part of the key project delivery team working with key stakeholders from Perth Airport.
